OUR CLASSES
This dynamic workout will activate all your muscles, free your joints, and increase mobility. Easy to follow—our full body technique works through your muscle chains in order to liberate, empower and relieve them from tension in the process making you feel more energetic.
Essentrics draws on the flowing movements of tai chi which create health and balance, the strengthening theories behind ballet which create long, lean, flexible muscles and the healing principles of physiotherapy which
create a pain-free body.
This high-energy workout challenges the beginner and elite athlete alike. Build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout that incorporates free weights and resistance cords.
This awesome class fuses kickboxing, cardio dance, belly dancing, standing pilates and more into an hour packed full of calorie torching fun! Although this workout does have some high-impact moments, modifications will be given throughout so almost any fitness level can join in for this great workout! This class also incorporates core/ab training with a great stretch/cooldown.
Cardio Drumming: Join this awesome class where you become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements. Using Ripstix® (lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising) POUND transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out. This class also incorporates core/ab training with a great stretch/cooldown.

Sculpt is a non-aerobic, muscle-toning class also referred to as resistance training or strength training which incorporates high rep weight training, pilates ball and resistance cords. Sculpt can help you get in shape, tone your body and lose weight.
Choose from several different Yoga formats, Kripalu, Hatha and GroundFlow. Hatha Yoga is a traditional Yoga practice for strength and alignment. Kripalu
(which means compassionate) is great for beginners or members needing a gentler
approach. Hatha is the branch of Yoga that typically comes to mind when you think of yoga in general terms. The practice involves breath, body, and mind. Lastly, Ground Flow is a style of Yoga characterized by putting postures together so you move from one position to another seamlessly using breath. All our Yoga classes are for any fitness level.
Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music
with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training — alternating fast and slow rhythms — to help improve cardiovascular fitness.
Combine fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. Upper body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers™ ball is alternated with non-impact aerobic choreography.
SilverSneakers Classic focuses on strengthening muscles and increasing range of movement for daily life activities. Participants can use hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball. Often a chair is used for seated exercises or standing support.
Pilates is a total body workout for all fitness levels with various props such as bands, light weights, small balls and sliding discs. This class includes all the principles of pilates….balance core, strength, flexibility and concentration all set to modern music.
