After 16 years of playing baseball my last 5 years has solely been devoted to trying to become one of the best at training the human body the way it is designed. Closing in on 10,000+ training sessions as a Coach my goal is always to make you feel better after a session is done then you felt when you walked in the door. I love focusing on the biomechanics when it comes to exercising because in my opinion you’ll always get to your goals much faster when you can dial in on each part of a movement pattern not just finishing a number of reps to say it’s done. We can get stronger , healthier, and more conditioned while correcting our bad habits that day to day life causes us all by choosing correct exercise selection. I’m here to help show everyone those methods behind the madness.
