Along with being a Certified Practitioner in Herbalism and Naturopathic Medicine, Brianna is also a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Portion Fix Master Coach. Over the years she has worked alongside Doctors, Physical Therapists and Herbalists formulating products for athletic performance and rehabilitation.

Meet our personal trainer, Ashley! Ashley is an NASM and TRX certified personal trainer. She enjoys working with all body types and ages. She especially enjoys working out with athletes and those seeking weight loss. Ashley is passionate about long distance hiking and has completed 2,190 miles of the Appalachian Trail. Ashley continues working on her own weight loss journey as she has gone from a Size 20 to a Size 4.
