Get Strong is designed to increase muscular strength, improve anaerobic endurance and overall composition. The Get Strong class utilizes compound barbell movements, free weights and other specialized training equipment.
Strength ClassFit Circuit is typically a total body workout consisting of weight lifting, calisthenics and cardio conditioning. This class offers the benefits of both endurance and resistance training.
Cardio / Strength ClassThe Fit HIIT class is designed to push your body to its max. Workouts will consist of short periods of all out bursts of cardio exercises followed by a short rest period.
