A 60 minute results driven strength training workout utilizing an adjustable barbell, weight plates, and body weight. All fitness levels welcome.
Strength ClassStanding, low-impact choreography alternated with standing upper-body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball. A chair is available for standing support.

Yoga ClassA 60 minute energetic cardio workout using the STEP to train fitness, agility, coordination, and strength.
Cardio HIIT ClassA 30 minute Bootcamp/HIIT Style workout. The class is intermediate to advanced but modifications will be demonstrated for all levels. Various locations for the workout such as the VIP room, 360 Circuit area and outdoors.

Strength ClassHatha Yoga is a 60 minute yoga practice for strength and alignment.

Cardio HIIT ClassA form of yoga that seeks to achieve physical, mental and emotional relaxation with the aid of props. The use of props make it easier for you to maintain balance while you are stimulating and relaxing you body.
Yoga ClassA 45 minute class in which you will use light weights, mat and body weight. Targets the core and surrounding muscles.
Strength ClassA class that focuses on strengthening muscles and increasing range of movement for daily life activities. Participants can use hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball. Often a chair is used for seated exercises or standing support.
