Get Fitness is a local, family owned and operated gym.

The gym was recently purchased by Mike and Cyndy Dube. Since taking over ownership, they have renovated the club and purchased lots of new equipment. Updates include:

  • Complete locker room renovations
  • New cardio, strength and fitness equipment
  • New flooring
  • New LED lighting
  • Interior painting
  • New HVAC systems
  • Deep cleaning

She's been an online fitness coach for 7 years, is a certified personal trainer, a certified portion fix master trainer, and a certified VIP trainer. Meet our Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Coordinator, Amy! Amy specializes in Interval training with weights, machines, and body weight for exercises for weight loss. She also teaches our Group Power and Group Blast classes!

Meet our Personal Trainer, Charles! This AAAI Certified Trainer is nothing short of a powerhouse. Along with giving a dynamite Boxing session, he also specializes in Weight Lifting, Weight Loss, and Boot Camps.

Meet our Personal Trainer, Hope! This NASM Certified Personal Trainer specializes in Circuit Training, Strength Endurance, Conditioning, Post Rehab and Functional Exercise. She is a Licensed Massage Therapist and received her BS degree from The University of Tampa in Human Performance with a concentration in Exercise Physiology.

Along with being a Certified Practitioner in Herbalism and Naturopathic Medicine, Brianna is also a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Portion Fix Master Coach. Over the years she has worked alongside Doctors, Physical Therapists and Herbalists formulating products for athletic performance and rehabilitation.
